Welcome to our BELIZE 2025 mission trip page!
This trip is the culmination of God’s prompting upon the hearts of several people in our church. My wife knows of a friend who takes several trips a year to Belize. This friend begin to talk with my wife in the past year about the special nature of Belizean people. My wife was hooked. Then, a couple people in my wife’s small group at church were talking one day, “Man, we need to take a mission trip.” That’s all it took, now several people were hooked on taking a trip to Belize.
My wife and I took a trip earlier this year to Belize. We fell in love with love the country and its people. We established a relationship with Belize City First Church of the Nazarene and the various schools that the church sponsors and supports. We came back from our trip with a burden to help the church and the schools it supports.
On Sunday morning, July 28th, I talked with our church family about the possibility of taking a mission trip to Belize. Our church’s response was awesome then and it is now, with now over 40 people who are interested in being a part of mission team.
While this list will no doubt grow by the time we take our trip in October of 2025, the following are current priorities for our mission trip:
What can you do to make BELIZE 2025 a successful mission trip?
First, come along. We are still accepting people that want to go. (More details are on the pages of this website.)
Second, pray for our trip. There are many moving parts to making this trip a success, and we need God’s help in making it all come together.
Third, give financially towards the trip. Even if you can’t go yourself, you can make it possible through your financial contribution that we can help anyone who wants to go, while also purchasing needed building supplies once we arrive.
Thank you for visiting this website. Please let us know if you any questions; we’d be glad to pass on any information that we have ourselves. Please revisit our website in the weeks and months to come as we gear up for BELIZE 2025.
With gratitude,
Pastor Shaun

While this list will no doubt grow by the time we take our trip in October of 2025, the following are current priorities for our mission trip:
1. Retile the fellowship hall in the church. Also rehab their modest kitchen area.
2. Build a large pavilion at the church-sponsored primary school. Currently they have one, small pavilion in their courtyard that can’t provide shelter from the heat for the almost 400 students in the school.
3. Help to update the living quarters of a Belizean couple who has started a youth ministry in the poor section of one of Belize’s islands.
4. Have nightly ministry events for the people (youth, children, and adults) of Belize City.
